Allison has over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. She graduated from Samuel Merritt College, Oakland, CA in 2001 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and has since spent her entire career here in the Peninsula. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2004 with Polestar Education, a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2008, an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2009, and a certified Kinesiotaping practitioner in 2010. It has been a career-long dream of Allison’s to open her own practice, and now that dream has come true.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and their dog. While most weekends are spent on the baseball field with her boys, she also enjoys strength training, running, swimming, snowboarding, wakeboarding, cooking, and traveling.
